What is a community health center (FQHC)?

Federally Qualified Health Centers, or FQHCs, are community clinics that serve everyone — uninsured, Medi-Cal, Medicare, or private insurance — with sliding-scale fees based on what you can afford. They offer primary care, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services under one roof.
