Information & Assistance.

Free, confidential help finding the right local services and benefits for your situation. The most common reason people call us, and usually the right first step.

What it is

A guided conversation, not a phone tree.

When you call ICADRC, you talk to a real person from one of our coalition partners. We listen first, then walk you through programs you might qualify for, from in-home care and meal delivery to utility assistance and caregiver support, and help you take the next step.

There is no qualifying question before we listen. We just talk.
Who it’s for

Anyone with a question about long-term services and support.

  • Older adults who want to keep living at home safely
  • People with disabilities of any age
  • Family members or neighbors who need ideas for someone they care about
  • Professionals making a referral on someone’s behalf
  • Anyone who isn’t sure where to start
