Senior Appreciation Day 2026: The Best in the West

Senior Appreciation Day is the City of El Centro Adult Center’s annual celebration of Imperial Valley seniors, bringing health information, educational resources, and local services together in one place.

This year’s theme is Country and Western, “The Best in the West, Our Seniors!” Bring out your boots and hats and come dressed for the occasion.

What to expect

• Resource booths from local agencies, organizations, and community partners
• Games, crafts, and hands on activities at the booths, with small prizes
• Raffle drawings throughout the morning

Community partners: register your organization

The El Centro Adult Center invites local agencies, organizations, and community partners to host an informational or resource booth for Imperial Valley seniors. The registration deadline is Thursday, October 1, 2026. Email completed forms to rignacio@cityofelcentro.org, or call (760) 370-0160 to request the participation packet.

Booth setup is available Wednesday, October 7 from 2:00 to 6:00 pm, or Thursday, October 8 starting at 7:00 am.
